My mother and I got our first sight hound in the 1980's, an afghan hound, got the show bug, and started to exhibit our dogs. In the late 1990's, I was fortunate to get my first greyhound, AmCanInt Ch. Huzzah The Lady in Red, and fell in love with the elegant athleticism and goofy sweetness that is the greyhound.

With the guidance of my mentor Patricia Ide of Huzzah Hounds, we bred a litter in 2001, and again in 2009.

I met Dave Carich, of Brickyard Bullmastiffs, and our home is shared by our family of bullies and greys. Dave has helped me breed, raise, and show our 2009 litter. We have also had the fun of watching our grey mom, Emma, raise one of his bullmastiff puppies, Sirius, who is a happy member of the grey pack.

My mother sadly lost her last afghan hound, Lennie, who passed away at age 13, but she keeps busy with her Italian greyhounds and Silky Terriers.

We hope you enjoy what we can share here about our four legged family.
